Welcome
Welcome to my website, where I invite you into the world of transformative art-making. Transformative art-making is a way of tending the soul which uses the language of image, symbol and metaphor as a portal to self-reflection and self-discovery. This approach to art-making is process and expression oriented, and can be a way to recognize stories and patterns in our lives. Transformative art-making gives voice to our inner world, connects us with our aliveness in the present moment, and can create a shift in how we view and experience ourselves.
It would be my privilege to accompany you on the journey of self-discovery through transformative art-making. The various forms of creative exploration I offer provide opportunities for creative play, contemplative spaciousness, women's circles, and individual work. I look forward to our creative collaboration with Soul Tending, Contemplative Creativity, Creative Grief Support, and Expressive Arts. For an overview of my offerings, click here.

Contemplative Creativity
What is Contemplative Creativity?
Contemplative Creativity is the practice of making time and space in one's life for giving birth to new forms, whether a song, a poem, a dance, a painting, a garden, or any other manifestation that nurtures the soul. The stance of Contemplative Creativity is one of openness and receptivity as we trust the process of engagement to delight us, surprise us, and at times offer us insights we are unable to grasp with our analytical minds.
